What is a User ID?

A User ID is an identification element, generated by Banco Carregosa which allows customers to access homebanking. For more information, contact your Private Banker.

How do I get a User ID?

On requesting access to Banco Carregosa´s homebanking service, you will be assigned a User ID and corresponding password. If you do not have a User ID yet, please contact your Private Banker.

How do I recover a User ID?

Users of Banco Carregosa’s homebanking service can recover their User ID on the Data Recovery Access Page. An email confirmation of the User ID recovery request will be sent and you will be contacted by your Private Banker in order to complete the process. If at any time you suspect an attempt to access your data without your permission, you should immediately contact your Private Banker

How do I recover a password?

Users of Banco Carregosa’s homebanking service can recover their password on the Data Recovery Access Page. An email to confirm the request for restarting the password and subsequent validation through SMS message will be sent. If at any time you suspect an attempt to access your data without your permission, you should immediately contact your Private Banker

Access to the online channel is blocked - Why?

When you log into Banco Carregosa’s homebanking service you may receive the message "For security reasons your User ID has been blocked”. This situation can occur when there have been several unsuccessful log in attempts.  Banco Carregosa disables your ID as they check whether the attempted access was performed by unauthorized persons.  You should follow the instructions to recover your password or alternatively contact your Private Banker.
