Como posso abrir conta Carregosa NextGen?
Podes fazê-lo online, de forma simples e cómoda. Terás, desde logo, acesso ao homebanking e aos dados da tua conta. Após concluires o processo, receberás um email com os documentos que requerem assinatura, bem como a listagem de documentos que deves enviar-nos. Para eliminar os custos de envio e poupar incómodos, usa o protocolo CTT/Banco Carregosa.

Quais são os documentos necessários para abrir uma conta?
Após realizares a Abertura de Conta online são-te enviados os documentos necessários para assinatura, aos quais deverás juntar, para cada titular:
- Documento de Identificação: Cartão Único, ou Bilhete de Identidade ou outro documento equivalente nos termos da lei portuguesa.
- Cartão de Contribuinte: Cartão de contribuinte ou documento equivalente que comprove a identificação fiscal no(s) país(es) de residência.
- Documento comprovativo de Profissão: Serve, para o efeito, o recibo de vencimento ou declaração da entidade patronal com menos de 3 meses. Caso a profissão exija registo em Ordem Profissional, será aceite cópia do cartão profissional como comprovativo da profissão, devendo juntar comprovativo do registo para o exercício de atividade profissional liberal ou, caso seja profissional por conta de outrem, comprovativo de entidade patronal.
- Documento comprovativo de Residência/Morada: É suficiente uma cópia de fatura de água, luz, etc., comprovativo de residência fiscal obtido no Portal das Finanças ou declaração da Junta de Freguesia. Apenas serão considerados documentos com menos de 3 meses.
Como se abre uma conta com Chave Móvel Digital?
Para abrires uma conta com a Chave Móvel Digital, segue os seguintes passos:
- Acede a "Abrir Conta".
- Autentica-te com a Chave Móvel Digital: Durante o processo de abertura da conta, utiliza a tua Chave Móvel Digital para te autenticares. Isso garante que os teus dados associados ao Cartão de Cidadão sejam transferidos automaticamente e de forma segura.
- Processo rápido e seguro: O uso da Chave Móvel Digital torna o processo de abertura de conta mais rápido, uma vez que os dados são transferidos de imediato após a autenticação. A segurança é garantida por este sistema certificado pelo Estado português.

Concluí o processo de abertura de conta, quando posso começar a utilizar a minha conta?
A utilização da conta está sujeita à respetiva aprovação. No entanto, após concluires o processo de abertura de conta online receberás de imediato um email com o utilizador e password para acederes ao teu homebanking, que te permite consultar os teus dados.
No caso de teres realizado a abertura de conta em papel - e tendo preenchido o documento "Solicitação de Acessos ao sítio Carregosa NextGen” - assim que a tua conta for aprovada receberás via email e SMS os dados de acesso ao homebanking.
