User ID

The User ID is an identification element generated by Banco Carregosa that allows clients to access homebanking. For more information, contact your Private Banker/Account Manager.

When requesting access to the homebanking service of Banco Carregosa, you will be assigned a User ID and the corresponding password. If you do not yet have a User ID, please contact your Private Banker/Account Manager.

Banco Carregosa homebanking users can recover their User ID through the Retrieve Access Data page. An e-mail will be sent to confirm the User ID retrieval request and you will be contacted by your Private Banker/Account Manager to complete the process. If at any time you suspect that an attempt has been made to access your data without your permission, you should contact your Private Banker/Account Manager immediately.

Banco Carregosa homebanking users can reset a password through the Retrieve Access Data page. An e-mail will be sent to confirm the password reset request and subsequent validation via SMS code. If at any time you suspect that there is an attempt to access your data without your permission, you should immediately contact your Private Banker/Account Manager.

When logging into the homebanking service of Banco Carregosa, you may receive a message "For security reasons your User ID has been blocked". This situation may occur if there are several unsuccessful login attempts. Banco Carregosa deactivates your User ID since unauthorised persons may be attempting to access it. You should follow the instructions to retrieve your password or alternatively contact your Private Banker/Account Manager.
