Miguel Ramalho

Miguel Ramalho has a Bachelor degree in Financial Management from the Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais, and completed a post-graduate degree in Risk Management and Derivatives at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Portuguese Catholic University in 1998.

 

In 2001 he received an MSc in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Portuguese Catholic University. He has also completed several professional training courses in senior management and banking.

 

He has more than 25 years experience in the sector, with roughly 20 of those in management positions.

 

He is currently a Director of Banco Carregosa, having joined the then L.J. Carregosa - Sociedade Financeira de Corretagem in 1998.

 

He taught financial subjects at the Portuguese Catholic University and Computer Science at the Espaço Atlântico training centre. 

 

He was founder and Chair of the Board of the Student Association of the Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais (IESF), a member of the Porto Trade Association and Member of the Portuguese Association of Financial Analysts (APAF).
